Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie
This one is quick and delicious!
Ingredients:
1. 1 banana
2. 1 cup coconut milk (light) or coconut beverage like coconut dream
3. 1 cup blueberries
4. 1 tbsp chia seeds
5, 3-4 cubes ice (unless berries are frozen)
Combine all ingredients into your high speed blender until smooth, enjoy!
