Hello 2015: New beginnings, exciting new updates, and renewed energy!
First and foremost, Happy New Year everyone!!
For those of you who have been loyal on all my Social Media outlets (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram: @drsapna), I want to thank you for your continued loyalty and support in working with me to live an inspired and healthy life!
In 2014, you may have noticed that my posts on the website took a short hiatus…ok, more like it was on serious hibernation mode, but I can explain! I had a baby girl on June 7th! Her name is Sana, she is my pride and joy and it’s been a complete roller coaster of a ride with so many amazing ups and downs since her arrival.
“aww” right?!…ok back to business…
I wanted to contribute more to my website, but to be completely honest, I didn’t want to post for the sake of keeping an active site. I want to deliver valuable content that you can all get inspired about and well, work + newborn baby + sleepless nights can definitely put your creative juices on hold!
This is not a post about excuses, but….
2014 was a huge game changer for me – and for my entire family.
My life has gotten a complete reboot and I’m feeling so inspired, with a whole new set of goals and visions for the year ahead, many of which are unravelling as we speak. I literally have so many things on my to-do-list, that 2015 is my breakthrough year, and I can’t wait to unleash my renewed energy and inspirations and share with you everything that’s coming my way! I’m bettering myself professionally this year with more courses and training, I’ll be writing more, and you’ll be seeing and hearing more of me through other media outlets, plus a few other fun surprise along the way, so please stay tuned!
